How does mobile scheduling work?

    Upon order, we will send you by mail your appointment chips. The NFC and the QR code on chips are already associated with your AgentPoke account so you don't need activate them.
    Share your chips and place the sticker on your storefront so that clients can book appointments with you on the go by simple taps.

    Set your appointment booking pages by connecting your AgentPoke account with your Google Calendar. Your appointment availability will automatically be generated from your Google calendar contents and your custom opening hours.
    You can create an entire mobile website by providing your custom contents and contact details. You can also include links to your social pages pages and add some Click-To-Action buttons: Click-to-Call, Click-to-Map or Contact form.

  • The client taps the NFC tag or scans the QR code
  • The client lands on your AgentPoke page and see your availability
  • The client books a time and specifies the appointment purpose
  • If automation is enabled, the client's request is instantly accepted and added to your Google calendar
  • The client receives appointment confirmation by email or by SMS
  • The client can browse your whole mobisite to learn more about your business
